My Design Approach
Clear decisions for complex product work.
Every project starts with understanding the problem. I work with product, business, engineering, and QA teams to clarify user needs, business rules, technical constraints, and the decisions that matter most before moving into detailed design.
I use research, systems thinking, accessibility, workflow mapping, and prototypes to test assumptions early and make trade-offs visible. This helps teams create experiences that are clear to use, practical to build, and consistent across the product.
Outside product design, I continue to practise traditional oil painting. Studying composition, light, balance, and visual storytelling has strengthened my attention to detail and reinforced a principle that guides my digital work: every design decision should have a purpose.
